🌍 Africa: Reclaiming Our Land, Our Roots, Our Future
🌍 Africa: Reclaiming Our Earth, Our Roots, Our Future
We are molded from this Earth—Mother Africa. 🌍 Our bodies and spirits are intertwined with the soil beneath our feet. Through us, Africa breathes, feels, and experiences the world. Yet, we often forget this profound connection. It's time we remember. 🌱
What is the purpose of this body? Why are we here, now, on this sacred land?
The answer lies in our roots. Africa gains a human experience through us—through the trees, the rivers, and the life that pulses in everything rising from her soil. We are here not just to live, but to nurture, protect, and honor the land that has given us life.
For us, being African means even more. We are shaped from the very grounds we walk on—the southern tip of this great continent. And yet, inside many of us, there is a deep rage. It’s as if Mother Africa herself is channeling her pain through us, crying:
“What happened to my children?”
Her voice echoes:
“Everything taken from me, everything drawn from my veins, should be for you, my children!”
Still, we watch as the wealth of Africa flows out—feeding faraway nations while her children remain impoverished, resourceless, and hungry. How can we stand by in silence? How can we allow this to continue?
🗣️ “We are made from Africa. We cannot let our stomachs go hungry while others feast from our land.”
Africa has always known how to take care of her own—growing, nourishing, and purifying herself. But today, her children are denied their birthright. The riches of this continent, meant to uplift and empower us, are instead fattening foreign economies. Meanwhile, we are left to struggle, to fight for the scraps, while neocolonialism drains our soul.
It’s time to return—to the land, to the truth, to ourselves. 🌿
Dip your feet in Africa’s rivers. Let the waters flow over your skin. Close your eyes. Listen. Mother Africa has a story to tell—a story of resistance, of reclaiming, of rising again.
More and more Africans are waking up. We see the theft happening in real-time. But knowing is not enough.
We must act.
Until when will we keep voting into systems that were never built for us? Systems that guard borders we didn’t create—dividing us from our brothers and sisters?
✊🏿 “We are not these borders. We are not the divisions forced upon us. We are one people. Africa, we love each other, we hold each other, we grow together.”
The time has come to break these chains. This land is ours. So is everything within it. We must reclaim what belongs to us—our land, our minerals, our voice, our future.
We must wake up and remember:
🌍 The future of Africa is not something we wait for—it’s something we build.
So, what do we do now?
Support your local African businesses. Teach your children the truth. Relearn the stories of your ancestors. Advocate for laws that serve Africa—not outsiders. Grow your own food. Create with your own hands. Speak your language with pride.
The time for silence is over.
